So one of Toren's teachers is leaving and I decided to make a cake for the class. I made spiced banana cake with whipped cream cheese frosting and fresh bananas as well as homemade fondant. It turned out pretty cute!

Free time

Now that I am done with grad school, I have so much free time that I've decided to take up baking. Made pizzas and pound cake with fresh strawberries and buttercream frosting from stretch as well a fondant. Though I need more practice on my fondant skills!
